Network cable patch cord processing process

1. Use a cable cutting machine to cut the network cable to the desired length  the patch cord.

2. Use a cable stripping machine to carefully strip about one to two inches (2.5 to 5 cm) of the outer jacket from the end of the cable, revealing the twisted wire pairs inside. Make sure not to damage the insulation of the inner wires.

3.Use a Wire Rub scattered and  straightening machine to twist the twisted pairs into a fan shape and adjust the order (white orange/orange", "white blue/blue", "white green/green", "white brown/brown")

4.Line up the wires in the correct order according to one of the T568A or T568B schemes (the two different color codes for terminating the eight-position connector).

5.Use scissors to cut the wires neatly, the remaining length is 14mm

6.  The wires are inserted into the RJ45 connector, ensuring each wire goes into its respective channel, maintaining the order, and reaches the end of the connector and RJ45 connector is then placed into a crimping tool

7. Use the injection molding machine to mold the crimped wires.

8. Use a tester to test the formed network cable. If all tests pass, then it’s OK.

9.The newly created patch cord is then tested using a cable tester to ensure each wire is properly connected and there are no shorts or opens in the cord.Tie the network cables that have passed the test with a Winding and tie machine, and then hem in plastic wrap
