How to produce spiral armored optical cable?

What is spiral armored optical cable?

A high-strength optical cable in which a spiral metal sheath (such as a stainless steel or aluminum alloy spiral tube) is wrapped around the outside of the optical fiber or inner sheath.

Feature:

How to produce spiral armored optical cable?

Base on this structure, production process refer to the following :

1. Fiber coloring (WRK-1800 fiber coloring and rewinding machine)

Mainly applied for coloring the surface of optic fibers, convenient to identify the multi-fibers within the loose tube. Also can be used to rewind optic-fibers.

2. Tight buffer fiber extrusion (WRK-30 tight buffer fiber extrusion line)

Suitable for 0.6mm/0.9mm tight buffered fiber,the production material PVC、LSZH.

3. Spiral armored produce(including steel flatten machine, produce spiral strip armouring machine)

It is used to produce spiral steel tape armoring cable.

4. Sheath extrusion(WRK-50 simplex and duplex optical cable production line)

Applied in production of simplex/duplex and other soft optical cable, the extrusion material is PVC/LSZH. The extruded sheath possesses the features of even diameter, smooth, fast speed.
