Reasons for uneven wiring of coiling machine


The uneven thread arrangement of the automatic coiling machine may be caused by many factors. These factors may include mechanical problems, operational problems, and problems with the material itself. The following are some common reasons for the uneven thread arrangement of the coiling machine:

1. Equipment calibration issues

The guide wheel or tension wheel of the cable arrangement is not correctly calibrated, causing the wires to be unable to be laid evenly.

2. Improper tension control

The tension of the wire during the coil process is inconsistent, resulting in uneven coil size or shape.

3. Guide pulley worn or damaged

If the wire pulley is worn or damaged, it will affect the guiding performance of the wire and cause the wires to be arranged unevenly.

4. Errors in the electronic control system

Errors in the PLC programming of the coiling machine control system may cause irregular wiring.

5. Operator negligence

If the operator fails to operate or adjust according to regulations, such as incorrect wiring speed setting, it will also affect the quality of the finished product.

6. Problems with the wire itself

Quality problems with the wire, such as uneven wire diameter, rough surface or kinks, will affect the neatness of the wiring.

7. Worn or maintenance-required parts

Some parts, such as loose fasteners and worn bearings, need to be checked and maintained regularly, otherwise the machine may not run smoothly.

8. Aging of the machine's mechanical parts

The machine has been in use for a long time, and some parts may have degraded performance due to aging and need to be replaced.

To solve these problems, the following measures can be taken:

Recalibrate the equipment: Check all guide wheels and tension wheels to ensure that they are in the correct position and angle.

Adjust tension control: Adjust the tension controller according to the specific situation of the wire to ensure uniform overall tension.

Replace worn parts: Check and replace worn parts regularly.

Check the electronic control system: check the program settings and operating parameters to ensure that the equipment is run according to the correct program.

Train operators: ensure that operators understand the correct use of the machine and wiring skills.

Check the quality of the wire: ensure that the wire used is of qualified quality to avoid uneven wiring caused by wire problems.

Regular maintenance and overhaul: regularly clean, lubricate and overhaul the coiling machine to keep the equipment in good condition.
