Fiber optic cable crush test equipment meets the requirements of IEC-60794-1-21 Method E3/E12,According to the detailed specifications, the cable is placed under compression and then the fiber is attenuated.
It uses a servo control system to apply compressive force to the cable at a constant speed and maintain compression for a specific period of time.
The plate is mounted on the bottom of the movable crosshead to allow the cable sample to be crushed
